Go with ECS for the personal touch in meeting your IT needs. The biggest benefit is the immediate access and availability of ECS to address any of my issues or concerns in a timely manner. They don’t treat me as if im not intelligent just because I am not tech savvy. ECS has a higher level of knowledge and desire to actually listen to my problems compared to other IT firms I have seen in the past.
